MISSIONS / EVANGELISM

Being obedient to Jesus' command to Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them

in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, (Matthew 28:19).

We desire to reach out in love to share the Good News of Jesus Christ to those in need of a savior

both locally and globally through personal evangelism, community outreach and globally around the world.

Keiki Club

Local Missions

Reaching out in love to our own local community in the spirit of compassion and generosity and the joy of meeting their physical and spiritual needs.  Food, clothing, household items, beds, tents, etc. are  available as needed. Grace, love, prayer and sharing of the gospel of Jesus is evident.

Global Missions

OCF desires to serve in the fulfillment of The Great Commission (Matthew 28:19) by serving and building relationships through prayer and financial support. Currently we support missionaries and their ministries in Cuba, Pakistan, Zambia, and the Philippines.

OTHER

"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me. “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me".

-Matthew 25: 35 - 40

  • Food Pantry

No one should go hungry! We are a Hawaii Food Bank distribution site, where pantry food, frozen and fresh food is readily available upon request and as needed.  Food distribution is the last Saturday of each month 1- 3pm.

  • Operation Christmas Child / Angel Tree

Annually we gather to pack shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child/Samaritan's Purse.  As we pray for the shoe boxes and for the child that will receive it, we are filled with joy to be able to bless those that may otherwise not receive a gift.

Angel Tree is our other annual year end gift giving opportunity to children of incarcerated parents and to those children of less fortunate situations.  We pray that the greatest free gift of Jesus would be proclaimed through this ministry.
